*** Billing Update For 2022 - Effective 2/1/2022 *** - Late Payment Fee Your late payment fee will be based on your credit rating. Late payment will affect your credit rating and credit limit. You can view your credit limit online. No refund for late payment fee.
- Interest On Unpaid Balance Interest for unpaid balance will be based on your credit rating. You can view your credit limit online. No refund for interest.
- Account Termination You're credit privilege will be terminated at PostaBox, if your credit rating falls below 50% or have 3 consecutive late invoices. You will be switch our to Pay As You Go billing. You will get an email Requesting Payment for purchase. If your Pay As You Go purchase is shipments, your shipments will be shipped once payment is made.
Current Billing Account Policy Updated February 1, 2022 - Paperless Invoice We have a bi-weekly billing. Invoices are sent to the email on file with your billing account. You can view and print all of your invoices by logging into your PostaBox account online. Your billing account must have a verified email linked to the account before any charges can be made your account. You can setup and update your email address online through My Account Dashboard.
- Paperless Receipts Receipts are sent to the email on file with your billing account. You'll still be able to have your account set up with a paper receipt option for in-store purchases.
- Invoice Due Date Invoices are batched on Sundays and due 14 days later (the second Saturday). Invoice not paid fully by the due date, your account will be suspended until the billing account is fully paid off. No new purchases will be allowed on the billing account with a past due invoice.

- Past Due Account If your account becomes past due, the full balance owed must be paid before a new purchase can be billed to your account. If your account has any subscription services (web hosting, e-mail, rentals, etc.) with PostaBox, they will be suspended or cancel until account is fully paid.
- Payments ![]() We only accept credit card payments for billing accounts. Payment can be made by clicking on the in email or logging into your PostaBox account online through My Account Dashboard. - Credit Limit Your credit limit is based on your credit rating and reward level with PostaBox. Starting credit limit is $750. If you have a purchase greater than your available credit balance, you will receive an email requesting payment for purchase. Credit limit is updated every Saturday. You can view your credit limit online.
- Credit Rating Your credit rating is based on all of the invoices you paid on time. If you paid 10 out of 11 invoices on time, your credit rating would be a 91. Credit rating is updated every Saturday. You can view your credit rating online.
- Auto Bill Pay With Credit Card You can setup your billing account with auto bill pay with credit card on file through My Account Dashboard.
