Undeliverable Return Packages
Customers will be charged for the shipping cost on undeliverable packages and a daily storage fee for holding returned packages. If package is not picked up within 30 days, the package will be considered abandon and be discarded.

Account Migration
Landline to mobile. All accounts with a landline telephone number linked to their account, will be required to link their account with a mobile telephone number. If migration is not completed by January 31st, account will be disabled and terminated. You can update your telephone number by logging into your account online.

New Security - 2 Factor Authentication
PostaBox will be adding more security to all accounts. Customers will need their mobile phone present with them for all in-store purchases, and will need a government photo ID when they make their first shipment. Starts January 20th, 2026.

No Postal Wrapping Paper
Please do not use postal wrapping paper to wrap your packages. Put your item in another box or poly bag. If you shipped your package with the brown paper wrap with UPS or FedEx, you will be charged additionally handling. The additional handling cost is a lot more than another box or poly bag. We urge you don't use the paper. The paper may get caught the conveyor system and tear off.
